Awards to Individuals

1. Submission Deadline: 12:00 noon (Hong Kong Time/GMT +8), Thursday, 15 August 2024 (Late submissions will not be considered.)
2. Each application should provide a brief description of the candidate in not more than 100 words summary for the use for marketing and promotion purposes of the QS Awards 2024.
3. Each application for Awards to Individuals shall be accompanied with a portrait photo of the candidate in digital images (in jpg or png format, image resolution no less than 350 dpi). This will be used by the HKIS in presenting the candidate in the awards presentation ceremony to be held on 1 November 2024.
4. Nomination written statement by the nominator in support of the nomination illustrating the relevance and merits of the candidate in meeting the requirements of awards.
5. For Young QS Awards, a written statement shall be submitted by the candidate describing his/her working experience, and showing his/her vision and innovation, leadership, motivation, value created for clients, proactive professional learning and contribution to the HKIS, QS profession and the community.
6. Written consent from the candidate to disclose the personal particulars to the QS Awards 2024 Organising Committee and the jury panel for the assessment of the eligibility of admission and award.
7. All information supplied in the application submission will be used for the purposes of assessment of the eligibility and the awards, and for marketing and promotion of the QS Awards 2024

• No application fee is required for individual awards’ nomination

The finalists will be awarded with the following awards:

Shortlisted individual awards’ applicants will be invited to present their profolio with supplementary information materials (PowerPoint/ video) to the Jury Panel in September 2024. More details will be provided to the shortlisted applicants at later stage.
